Generational Executive Search and Children’s Minnesota are pleased to announce Jill Rogers as the new Director of Total Rewards.
As the former AVP of Performance and Rewards for Allianz Life Insurance, Jill was accountable for the support and administration of executive and employee compensation programs (base pay, bonus, and long-term incentive) for over 2200 employees. She designed, planned and managed the annual performance and compensation process and achieved an 82% favorable rating from employees, while designing and implementing Allianz Life’s reward and recognition programs. A member of a 10 person Allianz Global Compensation Expert Group, she designed compensation programs for all of Allianz operating entities globally and was an integral member of the global team developing a new HRIS platform for all Allianz global entities. She spearheaded cross – company initiatives to pilot no performance ratings.
Additionally, with over 17 years of experience with the world’s largest retailer Walmart, Jill has been exposed to many areas of human resource functions that will help Children’s forge an innovative path forward for over 5000 employees, delivering management training on new performance appraisal system, which resulted in improved efficiency in annual performance review processes.

Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and has professional affiliations with the Society for Human Resource Management, Twin Cities Human Resource Association, World at Work Twin Cities Compensation Network Children First Volunteer and an HR Connection Member.
