He speaks their language and has solid experience in end-to-end agile. He is also well known in the HR community, with a vast network of high caliber connections and represents the evolution of the HR practice as companies transform to deliver products and services through digital channels.
Luis is a businessperson with a deep understanding of HR and its correlations to the running of a business. He studies the business then applies his HR expertise, to synergize the efforts for the correct outcome. An inquisitive leader, Luis has expertise in talent management, as well as Financial Services, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Consumer products, and Sales and Operations environments.

Luis earned a Masters in Human Resource Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance 2002 from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business and from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of Business, Strategic Management Executive Education.
