Generational Executive Search and U.S. Bank are pleased to announce Matt Insinga has joined the U.S. Bank family as Global Head of Total Rewards.
Matt will be responsible for the strategic design and implementation of US Bank’s benefits and compensation programs and a vital member, assisting US Bank’s transform of its digital platform of delivery and services.
Matt joins USB from Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), where his most recent position was the head of global performance and reward. In his six years with MUFG, he also served as the head of total rewards for MUFG Americas. His prior experience includes four years as the senior vice president of performance and reward at HSBC North America and nearly nine years of increasing leadership responsibility in compensation and benefits at GE Capital. He has international experience in Europe, Latin America and Asia and hold a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Bentley College, Massachusetts and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
“What makes Matt unique is he can build relationships and trust with business owners, gaining key insights around their issues for solutions, and be able to bring the HRBP’s up to speed on discussions, providing a synchronous delivery of the message and tactics.
