Susan is a creative leader with expertise in talent management, as well as Financial Services, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Consumer products, and Sales and Operations environments. She believes building strong practices in all elements of human resources has a profound impact on the success of business strategies, and she has worked with several CEO’s and senior leaders across industries to build these practices. Her focus is on creating the best possible environment for people to be engaged, authentic, healthy and inspired to perform.

With a BA in Psychology from C.W. Post in New York, Susan and her husband currently reside in the Columbus, Ohio area. Together, they are building relationships within the Hispanic community to bring awareness of resources and opportunities for employment.
